At For Models and Mermaids, we do everything we can to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Is your item not quite what you were looking for? No problem! We offer a flexible exchange and return policy.
Conditions for exchanges and returns
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
- The item must be in its original condition:
- Unused and unworn.
- With all tags attached and in its original packaging.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
How to return your order
- Notify us of your return:Send an email to info@formodelsandmermaids.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Pack the item carefully: Use the original packaging or a sturdy box to protect the item during transport.
- Send the package: Send your return to the specified return address. The shipping costs for returns are at your expense.
- Receive your refund: Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 working days using the payment method you used.

- Please note: The shipping costs for returning and resending an exchange are at your expense.
Damaged or incorrect item received?
Is your item damaged or did you receive the wrong item? We apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact our customer service at info@formodelsandmermaids.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will ensure that the problem is resolved as quickly as possible.
