Pitanga Yellow Leather Ballerinas

The Pitanga takes the ballet flat somewhere sharper. The toe is long and finely pointed, the topline is cut in a deep curve that opens the instep, and a slim band of melon leather traces the whole edge before running down the centre of the vamp to the very tip. It is the kind of detail you notice on a Parisian street and remember afterwards.

In mustard yellow with that melon trim, it is the piece that carries a whole outfit: wear it with cream, camel or ivory and let the shoe do the talking. It does the work of a heel without the height, and the leather softens with wear and takes the shape of your foot.

Designed, signed and worn by its creator, and handcrafted in Brazil: certified leather, small-batch production and a level of finish you would expect at three times the price.

Leather upper, synthetic lining, cushioned insole, rubber sole, flat heel of about 1 cm. Made in Brazil with leather certified by the Leather Working Group.

Size & fit — please read before ordering

Made on the same French last, cut slim and precise. If your feet are slim to average, order your usual size. If they're wider, we'd suggest sizing up.
